The mission of the Communication Committee is to connect, engage and inform members by delivering impactful messaging through established communication channels, BOMA Talks, BOMA Briefs, and Calendar update while pursuing new and innovative ways to promote the organization’s values, events, and initiatives.

The TOBY Committee assists property professionals in preparing their buildings for entry into the Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) competition. The committee also plans and coordinates the judging process, ensuring that participating buildings are evaluated fairly and according to BOMA’s standards of excellence in commercial real estate.
