The Experience Exchange Report (EER) was first published in 1920 to allow property professionals to share information and analysis as they sought to manage and operate buildings in the fast-evolving skyscraper landscape. Since that time BOMA has been the leader in income and expense reporting for commercial buildings. With market–level reports from more than 125 cities, the EER is the industry standard for office building financial data and operations information, covering more buildings in more geographic areas than any other publication available.
