FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Metro Detroit real estate executive elected Vice Chairman of BOMA International
Hewett, a member of BOMA Metro Detroit and BOMA/Portland Metropolitan, has been a BOMA member since 1986. He served as a member of the Executive Committee of the international association before moving up to his current post and has also served as regional president of BOMA’s Pacific Northwest Region, chairman of BOMA International’s Education Committee, president of BOMA/Portland Metropolitan and president of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) chapter #29. Mr. Hewett has been employed by Trammell Crow Company for seven years, and is currently responsible for an international portfolio for Comerica Bank, consisting of 5,500,000 square feet of office space and a staff of 70 employees. Prior to his current position, he was responsible for the development and implementation of project management services to corporate customers. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, Mr. Hewett was a senior vice president and designated broker for Scherzer Real Estate Group, Inc., Portland, Oregon.
