BOMA Inducts New Board Leaders

Farmington Hills, Mich., March 17, 2005– The Building Owners and Managers Association of Metropolitan Detroit (BOMA) inducted a new leadership team for their Board of Directors, effective immediately. The BOMA Board of Directors serves as a visionary leader of the organization in developing and implementing its strategic plan. The Board also oversees the operations of BOMA Detroit’s nearly 400 members and the association’s eight specialty committees.

The new Board officers are James L. Jonas, Executive Vice-President REDICO Management, Inc., Southfield, inducted as President; Paula Goldman-Spinner, Vice President/Director of Office Building Management, Schostak Brothers & Co., Inc., Southfield, inducted as Vice President; Laura M. Mullins, President, Moylan Energy Management, Inc., Canton, inducted as Secretary; and Thomas Giacobassi, Regional Property Administrator, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Southfield, inducted as Treasurer.The Board directors are Cynthia M. McDonell, CPM, RPA, General Manager, Colonnade Properties, L.L.C.; Marilyn Wilbarger, Vice President/Management Services Director, Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc.; John Sier, Partner, Kitch Drutchas Wagner DeNardis & Valitutti; Eric Miles, Vice-President, Tenant & Property Services, MAVDevelopment; Thomas Cook, Regional Facilities Manager, General Motors.
