	The current BOMA President is ineligible to receive an award.
	A panel of judges consisting of the BOMA Awards Committee Members will rate each entry, except those entries from their own organization.

Additional Requirements:
	Submit a brochure listing nominated company's scope of services.
	Provide a client listing of 10 building owners' and property managers' contacts and addresses. Two will be sent a questionnaire.
	Submit a summary of nominated company's leadership and innovative accomplishments in less than 600 words, if not submitted above.
