This award is given to companies that continually supply extraordinary services and/or products to the commercial real estate industry. These exceptional suppliers are recognized for their integrity and professionalism and serve BOMA as well as contribute to other various civic and community affairs.

Eligibility

The candidate companies for these awards must have been suppliers to the commercial real estate industry for a minimum of two years at the time of nomination. Nominees must be members of BOMA.

Candidates for the Supplier of the Year Award will be evaluated in part by Awards Committee Members using the following criteria:
