BOMA Idol Nomination Form

Guidelines:

Nominations must be made by a BOMA member in good standing.
The current BOMA President is ineligible to receive an award.
A panel of judges consisting of the BOMA Awards Committee Members will rate each entry, except those entries from their own organization.
To nominate a BOMA member or yourself for one of these awards, fill out and follow the instructions on this form. 
Be specific when describing the qualities and assets of the nominee.

Judging Criteria—Property/Facility Managers:

Length of service
Supervisor/peer recommendation
Tenant recommendation (nominee will be contacted)
Management: responsiveness to complaints and suggestions; friendly, courteous manner; job knowledge; availability and visibility to tenants; overall professional image.
Professional Development: industry designations obtained and/or working on; industry-related course studies; license.
Participation in BOMA, civic and community affairs
Building: interior and exterior cleanliness/maintenance; life safety plans and procedures; overall competence of building staff; overall building operation
Judging Criteria—Suppliers:

Length of service to the commercial real estate industry
Employee development: industry standards, customer relations
Participation in BOMA, civic and community affairs
Commercial real estate memberships or affiliations
Contributions to the commercial real estate industry including educational seminars and publications, sponsorships
