Legislator of the Year Award

The Legislator of the Year Award, selected by the BOMA Board of Directors, is bestowed upon a legislator to recognize and honor a local or state public official, whether elected, appointed, or civil service, who has provided significant service to the community, has shown great political and personal support of the commercial real estate industry and BOMA's mission and objectives throughout the year, and has been a consistent supporter of BOMA's advocacy issues giving time and effort to furthering BOMA's causes, and displays continued support of the industry and BOMA of Metro Detroit as an industry leader.
